- IT administration, periodic checks of server capacity and periodic health checks
- Hardware and software failure, remote & telephone support as well as on-site support during office hours
- All callouts and labour pre-paid in an agreement, parts charged at regular rate as required
- More time pre-paid the more equipment you cover
- Access to online support ticket logging system to raise issues or to check status of an existing job
- Discounted installation costs for items on contract
