IT administration, periodic checks of server capacity and periodic health checks
Hardware and software failure remote & telephone support as well as on-site support during office hours
Labour pre-paid in agreement, parts at cost as required
More time pre-paid the more equipment you cover
Access to online support ticket logging system to raise issues or to check status of an existing job
Discounted installation costs for items on contract
